Environmental Law for Citizens

LJM Environmental Law & Consulting has provided many presentations, workshops and legal materials to community groups and citizens.

In 2007 and 2008, we teamed with the East Coast Environmental Law Association (ECELAW) to provide sessions at several locations across the province. The 2007 session was entitled “Legal Toolkit” and focused on federal and provincial environmental laws. The 2008 session provided an overview of the enforcement of environmental law, with a focus on citizen-initiated actions.
